1:1 Mentoring/Support
Our one-on-one mentoring provides individualized guidance and support, helping participants to build confidence, develop key skills, and work towards their personal goals. This focused approach allows us to customize strategies and activities based on each participant’s unique needs and aspirations.
Group Participation
Our group programs offer an enriching environment for participants to interact, form friendships, and learn from one another. These sessions provide opportunities for social skill development, understanding diverse perspectives, and feeling a sense of belonging in an inclusive community.
Community Day Options
Our community day programs offer participants the chance to explore local venues, participate in fun and educational activities, and engage more deeply with their community. These experiences promote independence, foster a sense of belonging, and enhance the understanding of community norms and behaviors.
School Holiday Program
Our school holiday programs keep participants engaged and active during school breaks. These programs are designed to be fun, educational, and inclusive, allowing participants to explore new interests, keep their minds active, and enjoy their time off school to the fullest.
Community Access Opportunities
We aim to connect participants with their local community, promoting inclusion and independence. Through organized outings and activities, we help individuals discover local resources, venues, and events, fostering a sense of belonging and aiding in the development of social and practical life skills.
Transport Support
Our transport support services ensure that all our participants can easily access our programs and community activities. We strive to eliminate mobility challenges as a barrier to participation, fostering greater independence and easing the logistical load on families.
